graduated from sardis in 1986. Owner of Suton.  E/Mith reccomention of a book. Understand your weekness. Go into serviour mode when the market is low. Advance your goals as you move along.  He didnt have much money so the things he wanted he had to earn it. Money is just a thing. Got into acting and got himself a agent. Didnt care about being famous and just wanted to do it for fun. Wanted to form a coffe shop that people can jsut hang out but got rejected from the credit union for a loan. He walked into a guy who wanted to form a coffee shop aswell so they went halfers and then the bussness went bankrupt. Then after went into real estate and got 4% of the buesness profit and made 1600 dollers a month at a time, then his boss went out of real esatate and kelly took over. You want to be the top guy, but with that you have to take on the responibility and you will have challenges and failures get over it and move forwards and dont fall backwards. In 2003 started to make a real estate team. There is cycles for profit, dont get cocky. For example in 2008 the market went down and wasnt making much deals. You gotta check and learn from the past but dwell from the past. Make lots of friends. Every deal you make it should be based on a relationship.  The only thing that can stop your goals is you. Nothing happends unless action happends. You have to fill yourself up first. live life that it should be lived. You can as much money as you want. Forcus on the why and that will help you on the what. Bring key people into your circle in your life. You gotta share your vision and a why. Share your vision with others who are motavited in it. Always create a win win situation and feed the brain. Keep your eye on the goal.  Turn your negative thoughts into postivite thoughts.
